Arbitration procedures can be conducted directly by the interested parties, without the need for an arbitration chamber’s intervention.

This approach provides greater freedom and autonomy while retaining the benefits of arbitration over litigation.

DRO serves as a stalemate resolution facilitator, in substitution of an arbitration chamber and provides support services, in order to enable attorneys in management of the procedure themselves.

Parties may also decide to utilize arbitration even if it was not previously stipulated in the original contract.
